Party Time Policy
Parents may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. If you need additional 15 minutes to set up, additional $25.00 will be applied.
Exceeding more than 15 minutes past the end of your party will result in a $50.00 over time charge. Hostess will assist in setting up and packing up your gifts, food and other belongings at the end of your party.
Additional Reservation Details
$50.00 Non Refundable Deposit will be required to reserve a party
$25.00 Re-Scheduling Fee will apply to make any Date or Time Changes After Your Deposit has been paid.
$25.00 fee to bring in food not ordered from Pink Pokka Dot (cake excluded)
Additional party time $50.00 for 30 minutes (use this time to add extra dancing, games or open gifts)
* We highly recommend scheduling an additional 30 min. for all parties over 20 girls

We accept Cash, Visa, MC, American Express & Discover. We DO NOT accept checks!
Gratuity
Tips are much appreciated by our energetic staff that is very patient with children and guests. Our hostesses are there to make the party
experience easy for parents and enjoyable for everyone. A small or grand tip is the best way to thank our staff for an awesome party.

We are located in the historic Houston Heights,
inside the 610 loop, 5 minutes for downtown
and 10 minutes from the galleria. Our client's
travel up to 45 minutes to party with us, we are
well worth the drive. Please don't forget to ask
for maps for your invitations, these can be mailed
to you or pick up at our location.
